Dear Mylee,

First let me thank you for helping us modify our quote format. When I call you for a need, you somehow come up with a solution. I am either not asking hard enough questions or the Mylee System is so versatile, it covers our normal day-to-day needs.

With that in mind, I wanted to let you know how we did on our first complete inventory. Most of the things we had to do in preparation for the inventory were the same. The real differences came with the system compared with our old computer and software. I think you will be interested to look at the extraordinary.

Note: 1 With our old system, we had to make sure that we had all of the inventory entered before we could turn it back on. That forced our staff to figure all customer orders manually from a cost book and no billing could be done for approximately 3 ½ days. Everything was done by hand.

Note: 2 With Mylee we did not have to shut down at all, NO lost time!

We used the multi-count inventory method that was a big improvement, even over the single item entry we used during our first installation inventory. It was so much easier to look at 25 items at a time instead of just one. This was extremely east to use and fast! It was the biggest time saver of all. We were able to take the inventory on Friday, open the store for business on Saturday, and finish the count entry on Sunday afternoon.

I was able to quickly get a handle on how our count came out, check the count for errors, correct incorrect style numbers, and perform other necessary tasks while still continuing to stay open for business. No manual calculations, billings continued, and so on.

Impressive? … We think so.

Are we glad we bought the system? … You bet!

Are the updates useful? … Absolutely.

Can Mylee improve on the system? … Unquestionably.
